Notification of Pupil Absence
Schools are obliged to keep detailed records of pupil absences, including reasons for such absences. Pupils who are absent for 20 days or more during the school year have to be reported to the Education Welfare Board.
To enable the school to fulfil its obligations under the Education Welfare Act, parents/guardians are asked to explain each period of pupil absence. This can be done by contacting the school via phone, email or by using the form below.
