We celebrated everything space this term. We learned about the space race and the first person on the moon, Neil Armstrong. During Black History Month we did projects about women who did influential work in NASA. We were so lucky to get to do a virtual workshop during Space Week. We had a zoom call with musicians from The Ark who told us about the solar system. They taught us about the Golden Record on the Voyager spaceship.
