Reducing Sedentary Time

At St George’s NS we are currently completing our four week Active Break Every Day challenge.
Every class in school is coming up with at least three ways to reduce sedentary time during the school day.
In 6th Class we:
- Run laps
- Have dance breaks in the hall
- Get up and stretch when feeling a bit tired
- Sometimes we even complete our English in Practice work while standing up!
