Maths Week was a very busy week in 4th Class.
Every day we had to complete a Maths challenge which tested our Mathematical skills in many areas.
We integrated Maths into our PE lessons when we had to complete various exercises depending on the number we rolled on the dice.💪💪🏃♂️🏃♀️🏋️♀️🧘♀️
During our IPad time we got to play a number of Maths games from the website "Topmarks"-"Place Value Basketball" and "Rocket Rounding" were big favourites with our class.
We loved estimating how many sweets were in the jar that Ms. King sent around. Everyone was hoping to win as the winner got to keep the jar of sweets 😊😊
Finally the highlight of the week was the Maths Trail we completed on the school Walkway. We had to follow our map to find the times at each control. It proved tricky following the map but we are excited to get a chance to do it again when we do orienteering later in the year.
