Making Waves with Origami!
This week, our class had a creative and fun-filled lesson on origami, where we learned to fold paper into beautiful fish! At first, the folds seemed tricky, but with patience and teamwork, the children quickly caught on.
Origami is more than just folding paper; it helps children develop valuable skills, such as:
- Fine motor skills – mastering the delicate folds and creases.
- Concentration – following step-by-step instructions with care.
- Creativity – adding their own artistic touch to each fish.
- Perseverance – overcoming the challenge of making the perfect fold.
It was amazing to see how the children’s confidence grew as they proudly held up their completed fish, each one unique in its shape and design. The smiles on their faces when they saw their creations come to life were priceless.
Parents, your children’s creativity and focus were truly impressive. We can’t wait to see what other exciting projects they tackle next!
