This is our fifth month in 3rd class and it has been a busy one. We had a good rest during our holidays and now are back to working hard. We are all trying hard to earn our pen licences, we have been practicing our cursive writing in our work and keeping our copies neat and tidy. We wrote Winter poems in English and we learned about length and fractions in Maths. In SPHE we have been learning about advertising and we designed some adverts of our own for foods and treats we created. In Art we have started to make a zoo from recycled materials. So far we have made the animals and next week we are going to make their enclosures.
