This week in St George's we have been celebrating Irish traveller culture. We read the story of Ossiri and the Bala Mengro and learned that some families celebrate culture through music. We learned that some houses have wheels, so that they can move from place to place. We looked at the caravans and wagons in the story and designed our own wagons using our best colouring.
