First Class thoroughly enjoyed this year's Friendship Week. We listened to stories, learned a new song, made friendship bookmarks, talked about bullying and discussed the importance of making friends and maintaining friendships. One of our favourite stories from the week, "Rainbow Fish", inspired some art work and we wrote an acrostic poem together in English. Some children even earned special "Caught being Kind" certificates for acts of kindness and friendship towards others - very well done to you all! We finished the week having a disco with our friends from Ms. Storey's class. What a great week :)
