Virtual Sports Day 2020
Sports day is an event we all look forward to every year at St George’s NS. Sadly, this year we did not get the opportunity to enjoy this day together.
We are an Active Flag School and we weren’t going to let school closures prevent us from staying active and keeping fit!
We stayed safe and responsible and took our Sports Day activities online instead! This year we held our Virtual Sports Day on Wednesday 17th of June.
Well done to all the pupils who took part. It looks like you all had great fun on the day while staying active! Thanks to all those who sent in photos.

Intercultural Day 2020!
St. George’s NS – A School Where You Can Be You!
Intercultural Day is a special and very much enjoyed day in the school calendar. It provides the pupils with the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities that celebrate diversity and the many different cultures and traditions in our school. Participation in these activities teaches children to appreciate and respect other cultures and understand the beauty in diversity.
This year we held our annual Intercultural Day on Wednesday 24th of June. Due to the school closure, we were unable to celebrate it in school but the pupils were encouraged to take part in some intercultural activities at home with their families instead.
Well done to everyone who took part. We hope you had great fun on the day! Thank you very much to those of you who sent in some photos of your activities.
