Our class really enjoyed Coding Week!
Coding is a set of clear, straightforward instructions. It promotes computational thinking and presents opportunities for problem solving and higher order thinking.
Coding also acts as a medium for creative learning opportunities and integrates well into lots of other subjects! 🙂
We used the ‘Scratch’ programme - here we chose different backdrops, sprites and scripts to create unique pieces of work on our iPads.
Binary and pixel coding was fun too. Our class have entered a competition on Codementum. Fingers crossed we win something!🤞
