Today was a very exciting day in St George's, it was the day that we got to start planting our 200 trees for our Little Forest. Maedh and Clare from Green Schools Ireland came in to help us and brought all the tools we needed. The Green Team and the 5th class students spent the whole day digging and planting trees. By the end of the day we were all tired and mucky but it was worth it! Tomorrow we will be working on the next step which is creating our forest floor using Mulch and cardboard.
