Book Week took place in our school from the 27th of February to the 3rd of March. It was a week full of fun and of course lots of reading! We participated in activities such as DEAR Time, Design a book cover and "Masked Reader"-. This was where we had to listen to a story being read and then guess which teacher was reading it and what book they were reading. It was a lot harder than we expected!
We also entered the competition "Design a Door" with one of our favorite books- "Dogman" by Dav Pilkey. We worked hard at producing some of our own imaginative stories and poems and were thrilled when we heard Mason from our class had won the writing competition for his poem "The Storm". He won a "Hatching Unicorn" and we were all very proud of his efforts.
