In Art this month we have been working further along our Art History timeline. We are now learning about Art Nouveau. We learned about Klimt's decorative art and made our own versions of his "Tree of Life". We also learned about Gaudi and his architecture and artwork. We made some mosaic inspired animals using cut up ribbon scraps in the place of broken tiles. Gaudi was inspired the patterns in nature so we made some artworks using shells from the beach. We made pieces inspired by the patterns we could see in the shells.
