We have really been enjoying all of the active week activities so far.
On Friday we attended a gymnastics lesson with 2 visiting teachers. We had great fun trying out new activities.
On Monday we split up with the children in the other 3rd class. Ms.Corrie did team building activities with us and Mr.Agbede did some big ball games with us. It was a bit rainy but we enjoyed our games.
Today we played Pirates of the Caribbean on ‘scooter boards’ in the hall. It was so much fun. After this 3rd- 6th class were invited to the hall to play ‘Beat the Teachers’. We had great fun competing against the teachers and SNA’s.
This years active week theme is dance- we have been having great fun dancing on the yard with our classmates in the mornings. It’s a great way to wake up. The active committee also surprise us with a dance a day. When they announce it, the whole school has a guided dance break.
The best part of active week so far is having all of our written homework replaced by active homework.
We can’t wait to see what we will do next this week. ☺️
